Payment Terms
Please note to secure your booking full payment of any of my services must be made within 48 hours at the time of your booking.
Soul Star Astrology has a non-refundable policy.
As of now I only accept payment by Stripe, PayPal and or Direct Deposit. I do not have access to your credit card or banking details. There is no refund for change of mind with my services so please make sure you are ready before booking a service. Due to high demand and wait times, your payment is required to hold the date and time of your appointment and should you change your mind, unfortunately there are no refunds.
Appointment Policy
If you are unable to attend your session you may choose to reschedule providing at least 48 hours’ notice. 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule consultation appointments. Appointments that are cancelled or which do not provide sufficient notification are forfeit. If I am unable to attend an appointment due to circumstances beyond my control, I will contact you to reschedule to a mutually convenient time. You are required to arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will still finish at the scheduled time, so as not to disrupt other clients.
Gift Vouchers- must be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date.
Holistic Counselling -Life Coaching 3- 6-month packages must be completed in the agreed upon time frame from the commencement date.
