YOur first session
Your first initial session in person is essentially a discussion focused around you, to consider your history, goals, and the challenges you are facing. We will then examine your astrology birth chart and astrological transits to gather further information and an understanding of the reasons you are attending and to determine how we will work together. I will then design a coaching and counselling session specifically tailored just for you.

Continued support with on going sessions
A vital part of the counselling and coaching process is the continued fostering and development of the working relationship between counsellor and client, as this supports trust and individual recognition, understanding and change.
It is recommended to have frequent coaching with a combination of in person meetings, phone, Skype/Zoom and email support with either 6 or 12 sessions to maintain commitment and encouragement during your process.
