Hello Dear Readers,

For the month of September I was guided to write about the connection between our mind body soul and emotions. We are finding these days, life has become a daily requirement to balance our home, fitness, job, family and relationships. In an attempt to achieve our commitments and to succeed in all areas, we habitually neglect to understand the significance of having a sense of balance in our lives.

Sustaining a well-balanced day to day life isn’t just fundamental for limiting any feelings of stress, maintaining physical and mental health but also a key factor in supporting our soul wellness, and the release of our authentic imaginative natures.

So, how can you find that balance?

Here are some daily tips to help you sustain equilibrium for your mind body and soul’s ultimate well-being.

Self-Discovery

Expand the mind by constantly learning new ideas, thoughts and perspectives. Read a book, begin a course and uncover something different.

Movement

Through practices of exercise and dance, yoga, tai chi, stretching and allowing a free flow of energy to move in and out of your body.

Meditation and Mindfulness

With regular meditation, Prayer and mindfulness helps raise your energetic frequency improving your brain function, increasing your aura and relieving stress.

Self-Expression

Finding a passion, something that stimulates and enlivens you allowing your true self to emerge. Improves mental wellbeing and cognitive abilities. Boosts self-esteem, mends a love of self and develops healthy relationships, the healing of emotions and enriches your unconscious minds.

Relaxation

Letting go of daily stress and or anxiety can be done with a routine of quiet time listening to calming music, a soothing bath, massage and simply laughter. Finding time to ‘let go’ and release tensions can be done easily if you make time to play, express your passions and enjoy life’s simple pleasures.

Nature and Grounding

The miracle of nature heals and restores your energy instantly, whether through walking in the bush, swimming in the ocean, soaking up the sun all energizes and elevates your mood, as more and more people are living in the city we tend to forget nature is our healer and is essential for our Soul wellness.

Uplifting Friends

Spending time with uplifting and positive people will raise your energy frequency and bring instant happiness, optimism and inspiration. 

Limit Technology

Limiting computers, TVs, laptops, games and other such devices allows your family a harmonious energy and a retreat from the outside world.

Change Your Environment

Move your room around, clear out old energies, bring in fresh air and uplifting vibes.

Initiate New Goals and Journey Outside Your Comfort Zone

An ideal way to improve confidence and bravery, expand and open your mind and the flowering of creative potential.

Seek Meaning and Purpose

Seeking purpose and meaning unlocks greater opportunities, can guide important future decisions and influence an inspiring mind set, assisting in the launching of new goals, offering a sense of life direction, and establishing greater soul connection.

Self-Care

Eat healthy, drink water and make sure to get plenty of rest, soul time and sleep.

Mind Chatter

Replace any self-limiting thoughts with positive encouraging ones.

Health

The Kidneys. Adrenal glands. Eat fruits and berries. Asparagus, and Alfalfa sprouts. Beans, chick peas and lentils. Fresh juices.

Watermelon, Beetroot and Apple Juice

Ingredients

1 medium apple seeded and cut into cubes
1 small to medium beetroot cooked and cut into wedges
2 cups of watermelon chunks  

2 teaspoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice optional

Directions

Add the ingredients to a blender ending with the watermelon. Enjoy!
